Esign Media is a thriving signage and commercial graphics company based in the Colchester area of Essex. We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to provide office support to the team. You will be forward-thinking, positive and have a proactive attitude towards the role. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, a good eye for detail, be methodical in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills.
The role is key to the smooth running and implementation of modern office systems and to provide increased sales and efficiency within all aspects of the day to day running of the business. The suitable candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role.
You will be responsible for managing incoming/outgoing emails, communicating with clients and suppliers, ensuring sales targets are met each month, developing new areas of the business, increasing efficiency and profitability across existing sectors, Dealing with finances and projections.
