Business Development Manager / Office Manager
Esign Media is a thriving signage and commercial graphics company based in the Colchester area of Essex. We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to provide office support to the team. You will be forward-thinking, positive and have a proactive attitude towards the role. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, a good eye for detail, be methodical in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills.
The role is key to the smooth running and implementation of modern office systems and to provide increased sales and efficiency within all aspects of the day to day running of the business. The suitable candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role.
You will be responsible for managing incoming/outgoing emails, communicating with clients and suppliers, ensuring sales targets are met each month, developing new areas of the business, increasing efficiency and profitability across existing sectors, Dealing with finances and projections.

- Have excellent keyboard and communication skills
- Have a sound understanding and ability of using IT systems effectively (Including -Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)

- Be able to work from initiative
- Ability to operate in a sales and marketing environment
- Administration: 1 year (required)
- Experience of working within the sign/commercial graphics industry would be desirable
- Experience of finance, forecasting and budgets essential
Your working hours
Permanent/Full time position - 8am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
Competitive salary to be negotiated depending on experience and ability.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
